This template can be used for listing magazine appearances - e.g. Hustler or Hustler Barely Legal. It's recommended to not use this template directly, but instead create a new template that includes this template which also includes the appropriate model category.

| Parameter | Required | Explanation |

| name | yes | Name of the magazine publication, e.g. Hustler. Can be wiki-fied to link to a category or article. |
| country | no | Specify the country for a publication if needed - e.g. UK for "Hustler UK" as opposed to "Hustler US". |
| vol | yes | Use if the publication releases each issue as a "volume", e.g. Fuse Magazine Vol. 54. Specify the number only. |
| issue | Use if the publication releases each issue as an "issue", Lion's Magazine, Issue 17. Specify the number only. | |
| date | Use for publications that specify a month/year issue date for each issue - e.g. Hustler, January 2014 | |
| article | no | Name of the article where the model's pictures appear. If possible, specify this as a link to the shoot. |
| page | no | Page number where the model's pictures appear (only need to give the page from the Table of Contents) |
| cover | no | 'y' if the model is on the cover of the magazine. Appends "(cover girl)" to the item. |
| centerfold | no | 'y' if the model is the magazine issue's centerfold. Appends "(centerfold") to the item. |
The template will not stop you from using issue, vol, or date in combination. This could prove useful for magazines that have an issue number and a date - e.g. ManyVid MV Mag - or Volume and Issue, etc. They will appear in order of Vol, Issue, Date.
Examples
Victoria Rae Black appeared in the September 2012 issue of Hustler Barely Legal. Her shoot was published on page 50 as "Fan Favorite", and the shoot is available online. She did not appear on the cover.

Misty Lovelace appeared on the cover of the August 2016 issue of Hustler Barely Legal, with the shoot published on page 6 as "Foxy Lady".
