Candace Smith (born February 1, 1977)[1] is an American actress, model, and beauty queen from Dayton, Ohio.
Miss USA
Smith's first pageant experience came in 2001 when she placed second runner-up to Kim Mullen in the Miss Ohio USA pageant. She returned the following year, and won the Miss Ohio USA 2003 title.[2] Smith went on to represent Ohio in the Miss USA 2003 pageant held in San Antonio, Texas, which was won by Susie Castillo of Massachusetts.
Career
She was one of "Barker's Beauties" on The Price is Right game show.[3] She went on to have roles on Fox's Method and Red, HBO's Entourage and NBC's Joey. In 2006 she had a small role in the Broken Lizard comedy Beerfest.
Personal life
Smith is a graduate of Chaminade-Julienne High School, the University of Dayton and Northwestern University School of Law. After passing the Ohio Bar exam in 2004[2][3] and practicing at a firm in Ohio, she decided to pursue acting full-time.
Survivor: Tocantins
Candace appeared as a contestant on Survivor: Tocantins, the eighteenth season of reality show Survivor, where she was the second person to be voted out. She is the second Miss Ohio USA to compete on Survivor, the other being her predecessor Kim Mullen who competed on Survivor: Palau.[4]
