Vida Garman (born January 11, 1966) is an English adult model and porn star.

Garman was a Page Three girl and became a widely popular adult model in Britain in the 1980s and 1990s. She was once called the "most widely photographed model in Europe." Although she was one of England's most famous porn stars, she did not achieve the same fame in the United States.

She has done many "softcore" videos, both solo and with other girls.

Her first adult film was the British spanking video College Classics 1 produced in the late 1980s by Playback video. She then gained more notoriety as a "page three girl" posing for nude photos in a British tabloid. She worked as a nude model and appeared in a few more corporal punishment videos before concentrating on a career in pornographic films.

She has performed in dozens of pornographic videos. Some of her titles include: Big Boobs Special 2, Celebrity Shags 1-8, Erotic Beauty, Girls Who Like Girls 4, Made in Sweden, Maxime, Single Sensations, Sluts In Toyland 4, and Tom Byron's London Derrieres.

Her most memorable fetish film role may be in the two-part Spanker's Paradise as "Mistress Kane", the dominatrix owner of the Hotel Derriere. In the first part she thoroughly punishes one of her maids. In the sequel, Spanker's Paradise 2, director and magazine publisher Harrison Marks (of Janus and Kane), spanks, crops, and canes Garman in the finale.

She is often credited as Veda Garman (or Garmen) in videos. Fiona Cooper has several videos from early in her career. She typically wore a variety of long-haired wigs, often red haired but with blonde and brunette hair as well. Her natural hair seems to have been reddish and she kept it short. She has done very few boy/girl scenes, and possibly only one hardcore movie titled "Surprise Arienne."

Her newest photos and videos are at a pantyhose and nylons fetish site called Dodger's Nylons.

Garman stood as a candidate in the Newham North East by-election, 1994 under the banner of Buy the Daily Sport. She secured 155 votes in the safe Labour seat.
