Rosa Acosta (born April 30, 1984) is a Dominican-born American model and music video vixen.

Rosa is most recognized for her recent appearances in numerous music videos, which include The DEY's "I Need You", Juelz Santana's "Back to the Crib", Drake's "Best I Ever Had", Mario's "Break Up", Chris Brown's "I Can Transform Ya", Mike Posner's "Drug Dealer Girl", and Booba's "Caesar Palace" music videos. She was also on many magazine covers such as King, Straight Stuntin, SHOW and Smooth, as well as for DynastySeries.com. Some of Rosa's film acting and TV projects have been: Still a Teen, The Hustle, Comedy After Dark; she became a Wild 'N Out girl and was a cast member for Wild 'N Out on MTV2.

Rosa started her classic ballet studies at the age of four at the Centro de la Cultura in Santiago, Dominican Republic. She later moved on to the ICA, (Instituto de Cultura y Arte), where she excelled as one of the most gifted students of the academy. After graduating with honors from the ICA and the Ballet School of Norma Garcia with a Bachelor in Art with mention to Classic Ballet, she became part of the Dominican Nacional Ballet as the youngest soloist member in 2002. She also appeared on the E! reality show Khloé & Lamar as a romantic fling of Rob Kardashian. She has also been romantically linked to Soulja Boy (to whom she was once engaged to), French Montana, Omarian, Amber Rose and Nikki Mudarris.

Partaking in all major classic and modern shows in the Dominican Republic, she is nominated twice by the Secretaria de Estado de la Juventud for her work in the category of Cultural Development. She initiated her modeling career in 2004, participating in magazines and television for prestigious Dominican enterprises. She officialy emigrated and became a naturalized citizen in the United States in 2006.
